Novak GTB 2 X-Drive/Ballistic BL systems
Novak release two new brushless controller and motor combos based on the GTB 2 X-Drive and the company’s Ballistic competition BL motors. The GTB 2 X-Drive is a sensor-based controller for top-level non-timing racing, and sport a low-profile heat sink, Novak’s X-Drive firmware for improved throttle feel, smooth braking and cooler running temperatures as well as build-in low-voltage protection for LiPo and LiFe battery packs. The combo sets are available with a Ballistic 8.5T or 17.5T “blinky” class sensored brushless motor.

Hitec X2-400 two-port multicharger
Hitec introduce the X2-400 two-port multi-chemistry charger. Offering two identical 400 watt power outputs that charge with up to 20A and discharge with up to 5.0A the charger is able to handle 1S to 6S LiXX, 1 to 15 cell NiXX and 2V to 20V lead-acid batteries. The chassis layout has been reconfigured and now features a centralized-mass battery mount. This allows the use of a saddle pack battery to optimize the weight distribution of the chassis. Team Orion Advantage Touch charger

Team Orion weight transfer system LiPo battery
Team Orion have introduced the WTS ‘Weight Transfer System’ in combination with a World Champion winning Carbon Pro 90C 4000mAh battery. Weight distribution is an important factor in the setup of the car and racers move the battery forwards or backwards to change the weight distribution. The problem is that the size and disposition of current batteries limits the effectiveness of this setting. To remove this limitation, they have developed a new battery case that uses shorter cells and is equipped with three compartments to fit weights. Thanks to this you can not only modify the position of the battery, but also its total weight and the disposition of that weight within the battery case. For perfect installation in your car, the Carbon Pro 90C WTS battery features two connector positions. This also allows you to shorten your ESC cables for even better efficiency. Furthermore the battery has switched battery polarities between front and rear to avoid misconnections when the battery is turned.
